Q: I’ve just placed my order online, when should I expect delivery?
A: We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Due to the inks needing additional drying time. The only exception to this is during the Christmas Period, when we shutdown between Christmas and New Year. All orders placed during that period will be dispatched on our return (usually around the 5th January).
Q: I’ve used other printers in the past and been let down. Why should I trust Christmas-Card-Printing.co.uk?

A: We use Worldpay, part of The Royal Bank of Scotland, one of Europe's largest payment services providers. Everyday the process an average of over 12 million transactions. No card details are held on our server at Print Buying Direct.
Q: I’ve created my own design – how do I order printing?
A: If the item you want is on our website and you wish to order it online, then just see our page explaining artwork specifications. If the item you want isn’t available to buy online or you would prefer to deal with one of our customer service representatives then either email info@printbuyingdirect.co.uk giving as much information as possible and attached your artwork or call 0870 950 8444 – we can then provide you with a price and let you know how to order.
